In this role, you will manage a team of Training Specialists and oversee selection and development of speakers, participant materials, instructor materials and evaluation measures. The Training Department will deliver individual and group training and provide technical assistance to staff through a variety of learning interventions (instructor-led, facilitated, on-the-job, coaching, 1:1 tutoring and distance learning).
