Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join our HR Team to coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new Lifewell team members. You will facilitate the full-cycle recruitment process by reviewing and evaluating employment applications, scheduling candidate interviews and conducting follow-up interaction via phone, email, or in person to ensure a positive recruiting experience. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and will work closely with them to complete any pre-hire paperwork and coordinate all pre-employment testing including but not limited to criminal background checks, driving record checks, employment and education verification.
In this role, you will collaborate with hiring managers, external recruiting and temp agencies, and will participate in hiring and career events by developing relationships with local workforce organizations.

Skills / Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED and two years of related Recruiting experience; preferably in a healthcare setting
- A current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Must be 21 years of age
- Background Check
- Minimum one year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
