Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As Lifewell’s HR Recruiting Specialist, you will coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process by reviewing and evaluating employment applications, scheduling candidate interviews and conducting follow-up interaction via phone, email, or in person to ensure a positive recruiting experience. You will also work with candidates to complete any pre-hire paperwork and coordinate all pre-employment testing including but not limited to criminal background checks, driving record checks, employment and education verification.
As a member of the Human Resources team, you will conduct New Employee Orientation training sessions, onboard new employees and process new hire paperwork, employee changes and terminations in payroll, timekeeping, HRIS and internal systems. Not to mention, participating in administrative staff meetings, trainings, special projects and other activities!

Skills / Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED and two years of related Recruiting or Human Resources experience.
- A current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
- Must be 21 years of age
- Background Check
- Minimum one year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol
- Minimum typing speed of 35 wpm
