Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Court Coordinator, you will work closely with clinical teams and RBHA court liaison department regarding court ordered treatment processes, preparing all court ordered amendments, transfers, suspensions, renewals, judicial reviews, status reports and related pleadings for attorney review and signature. You will also be responsible for distributing detention orders to hospitals, urgent psychiatric centers, and local law enforcement agencies for service as a variety of daily tasks in a fast-pace environment. You will file and maintain court ordered treatment records in electronic files that are organized and accessible as needed, participate in staff meetings, trainings and other activities. Maintaining confidentiality, attention to detail and organization is of utmost importance in this role!

Skills / Requirements
- A High School Diploma/GED and one year of administrative/clerical related work experience; in a healthcare or legal setting, preferred
- Some assignments require an Arizona DPS Class One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Some assignments require a current Arizona Driver License and a current satisfactory 39-month Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
- Must be 21 years of age
- Background Check
- Minimum 1 year recovery from drugs and/or alcohol
- Minimum typing speed of 25 wpm
