Lifewell Behavioral Wellness offers a variety of benefits available to all full-time employees. Some benefits are available to part-time and on-call employees as well.
We offer you an online " Personal Benefits Shopper" that recommends a personal benefits portfolio based on unique and individual needs. Our Health, Dental, Vision, Tele-medicine, worksite and Life Insurance benefit plans are available for employee and family coverage. We currently give you the option to choose between a variety of different Health Plans to meet individual personal needs. Flexible Spending Plans are also available to full-time employees.
Lifewell Behavioral Wellness offers a comprehensive Wellness and Employee Assistance Program with the opportunity to earn discounts on insurance premiums.
We recognize that work-life balance is important to our employees and offer paid time off (PTO) and 10 paid holidays each year. PTO is accrued bi-weekly and increases with seniority.
All employees are offered the opportunity to participate in Lifewell’s 403(b) retirement program. Lifewell will match 25% of employees’ contributions and will also provide a bi-weekly discretionary contribution after one year of employment. Employees are eligible immediately upon hire to make contributions to their retirement plan.
Additionally, clinical employees are eligible for
reimbursement of their independent licensure application fee.
Lifewell Behavioral Wellness is an accredited facility under the National Health Service Corps (NHSC) and offers the NHSC Loan Repayment Program to licensed mental and behavioral health providers and professionals who are employed at an accredited site.
